Football Log 개인정보처리방침

Football Log("본 앱")는 축구 코치와 지도자가 경기 기록, 이벤트/스탯 추적, 전술 보드를 관리할 수 있도록 돕는 앱입니다.

1. 기본은 로컬 저장

별도로 로그인하지 않는 한, 팀/선수/매치/이벤트/전술 보드/xG 설정 등 모든 데이터는 사용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 이 데이터를 저희 서버로 전송하거나 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 계정 로그인(선택 사항) 시 수집하는 정보

계정 기능은 완전히 선택 사항이며, 다른 사람과 매치를 함께 기록하고 싶을 때만 사용합니다. 로그인 시 다음 정보를 수집합니다:

• 이메일 주소 — 로그인용 일회성 인증 코드를 보내는 용도로만 사용합니다.
• 표시 이름 — 사용자가 직접 설정하는 이름으로, 같은 그룹의 다른 사용자에게 보입니다.
• 공유한 매치 데이터 — 사용자가 명시적으로 그룹에 공유하기로 선택한 매치의 이벤트와 경기 시간 정보가 서버에 저장됩니다. 공유하지 않은 매치는 서버에 올라가지 않습니다.
• 팀 로스터 — 매치를 한 번 공유하거나 가져오면, 그 팀의 로스터(선수 이름, 등번호, 포지션, 주발)가 그룹의 다른 구성원과 계속 동기화됩니다. 이후 로컬에서 선수 정보를 추가·수정하면 자동으로 서버에 반영되어 그룹 구성원 모두에게 보입니다. 앱 내에서 특정 선수를 공유 로스터에서 제거할 수도 있습니다.

광고, 추적용 식별자, 분석 도구(analytics)를 사용하지 않으며, 그 외의 개인정보는 수집하지 않습니다.

3. 데이터 공유

수집한 정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 공유하지 않습니다. 공유된 매치 데이터는 사용자가 초대 코드로 직접 가입시킨 같은 그룹의 구성원에게만 보입니다.

4. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

앱 내 설정 > 계정 화면에서 언제든지 다음을 직접 처리할 수 있습니다:

• 공유한 매치 취소(언쉐어)
• 공유 로스터에서 특정 선수 제거 — 그룹의 다른 구성원 화면에서도 함께 사라지며, 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
• 그룹 탈퇴 또는 (그룹을 만든 경우) 그룹 삭제 — 그룹을 삭제하면 그 그룹의 로스터·매치·이벤트 데이터가 모두 함께 삭제됩니다.
• 계정 전체 삭제 — 이메일, 표시 이름, 로그인 정보가 영구적으로 삭제됩니다. 본인이 만든 그룹은 함께 삭제되며, 다른 그룹에 남긴 데이터는 삭제되지 않고 작성자 표시만 사라집니다(다른 구성원의 데이터를 보존하기 위함).

5. 아동 관련 정보

본 앱은 유소년 팀을 지도하는 코치가 사용할 수 있으며, 이 경우 코치가 직접 입력한 선수 이름, 등번호, 포지션, 주발 등의 정보가 포함될 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 아동으로부터 직접 수집하는 것이 아니라, 코치/팀이 자체적으로 입력·관리하는 정보입니다.

Football Log Privacy Policy

Football Log ("the App") helps football/soccer coaches log matches, track events and stats, and plan tactics.

1. Local-first by default

Unless you sign in, all your data — teams, players, matches, events, tactics boards, xG presets — stays only on your device. We do not transmit or collect this data.

2. What we collect if you sign in (optional)

Signing in is entirely optional and only needed for collaborating on matches with other people. If you sign in, we collect:

• Email address — used only to send you a one-time login code.
• Display name — a name you choose, visible to other members of your group.
• Shared match data — only for matches you explicitly choose to share with a group: that match's events and clock/time state. Matches you don't share never leave your device.
• Team roster — once a match has been shared or imported, that team's roster (player names, jersey numbers, positions, preferred foot) stays continuously synced with the rest of the group: adding or editing a player locally pushes automatically, and every group member can see it. You can also remove an individual player from the shared roster from within the app.

We do not use ads, tracking identifiers, or analytics, and we do not collect any other personal information.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Shared match data is only visible to members of the group you explicitly joined via an invite code.

4. Retention and deletion

From Settings > Account inside the app, you can at any time:

• Unshare a match
• Remove an individual player from the shared roster — they also disappear from other members' view, and this can't be undone.
• Leave a group, or delete a group you created — deleting a group deletes that group's roster, matches, and events along with it.
• Delete your entire account — this permanently removes your email, display name, and login credentials. Groups you created are deleted along with it; data you left in other groups is not deleted, only the "shared by" attribution is cleared, so other members' data is preserved.

5. Children's information

The App may be used by coaches managing youth teams, in which case player names, jersey numbers, positions, and preferred foot entered by the coach may be included. This information is entered and controlled by the coach/team, not collected directly from children.
